My 3 girlfriends and I are from Long Island NY and took the trip out to PA for less than a 24 hour stay. We found this tiny, hole in the wall GEM by chance on our way home after our mornings hike in Bushkill falls- and let me tell you, we were far from disappointed. We were over the moon pleased with the service, selection and meals we had. Staff was extremely sweet and spent some time with us after our meal to give us a little background and history of their cafe. This place goes ABOVE AND BEYOND your expectations in every way. It is a farm to table cafe with 2 refrigerators and one small freezer- grass fed meats and in-cafe grown herbs make for the most fresh, filling, delightful meals... portion sizes were perfect and prices ranged from $6-$10 per meal. They sell local syrups, honeys, coffees/teas, and have a beautiful assortment of homemade pastries and baked goods. This is a MUST TRY. Take the extra time if it’s out of your way. You will not regret it!!!

Food is absolutely delicious. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt I needed to after eating here. The coffee was great and the chocolate chip pancakes are the best I’ve ever had. We will be back.
